Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: Paleo-friendly sprinkles or decorations
Instructions:
Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius and place parchment paper on a baking sheet
Almond flour, coconut flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt should all be combined in a big mixing bowl
To the dry ingredients, add the egg, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil
Mix thoroughly until a dough forms
Scoop out dough with a tablespoon or cookie scoop, then roll into balls
Using your hand or the back of a spoon, gently flatten them after placing them on the baking sheet that has been prepared
Adorn the cookies with Paleo-friendly sprinkles or decorations, if youd like
Bake for ten to twelve minutes, or until the edges are beginning to turn golden, in a preheated oven
After taking the cookies out of the oven, allow them to cool for five minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to finish cooling
