Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Set the pan on medium heat and melt the butter
Cut up some garlic and put some sliced mushrooms in the pan
Cook for three to four minutes, or until the mushrooms are soft
Add pepper and salt to taste
Put some mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread while the mushrooms are cooking
Put one slice of bread in the pan with the mushrooms, mayo side down
On top of the bread in the pan, sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese
Put the other piece of bread on top, mayo side up
It will take two to three minutes of cooking until the bottom slice is golden brown and crispy
Carefully turn the sandwich over and cook for another two to three minutes, until the cheese melts and the other side is golden brown
Take it off the heat, cut it in half, and serve right away
