Ingredients:
- 1 package of store-bought pumpkin and sage ravioli
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of fresh sage leaves, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions:
Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pumpkin and sage ravioli according to package instructions until they float to the surface, usually about 3-4 minutes
In a separate skillet, melt the butter over medium heat
Add minced garlic and chopped sage leaves to the skillet and saut for about 2 minutes until fragrant and the garlic is lightly golden
Using a slotted spoon, transfer the cooked ravioli from the pot to the skillet with the sage and garlic
Toss gently to coat the dumplings with the sage-infused butter sauce
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Serve the pumpkin and sage ravioli dumplings hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese
