Morning Champ Sandwich

Start your morning like a champion with this hearty and delicious breakfast sandwich. Packed with protein and flavor, its sure to fuel you for the day ahead

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices of cooked bacon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Melt the butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat

In a skillet, crack eggs into it

Cook for about two to three minutes, until the whites are set but the yolks are still creamy

Add salt and pepper to the eggs

Toast the bread in a toaster until golden brown while the eggs are cooking

Take the eggs out of the pan and set them aside when theyre done

Toast some bread and put a slice of cheese on each piece

On top of each piece of bread with cheese, put a slice of bacon

Place the cooked eggs on top of the bacon with care

Place the last slice of bread on top of each sandwich, cheese side down

To make sure the sandwiches stay together, gently press on them

Cut the sandwiches in half diagonally and serve right away
