Ingredients:
- 1 9-inch pre-made tart shell
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Follow the directions on the package to bake the tart shell, then let it cool completely
Put the raspberries on top of the cooled tart shell in a way that looks good
Warm the heavy cream in a small saucepan until it just starts to boil
Just take it off the heat and add the chocolate chips
Mix them in until the mixture is smooth and melted
Mix the butter into the chocolate mixture by stirring it in until it is all melted and mixed in
Spread the chocolate ganache out evenly over the raspberries in the tart shell
Put the tart in the fridge for at least an hour to let the ganache set
Cut it up and serve after its set
If you want, you can add more fresh raspberries or powdered sugar as a garnish before serving
