Adult Personal Ads Levis

Flavorful dry rub and a hint of barbecue sauce combine to create succulent and soft smoked barbecue ribs.

Ingredients:

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions:

The membrane behind the ribs should be removed

Combine the chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper in a bowl to make a dry rub

Apply the dry rub to both sides of the ribs in an even layer

The ribs should marinate in the fridge for at least two hours, or better yet, overnight

Set the temperature of your smoker to 225F 107C

After adding the ribs, cover and smoke for three hours

After brushing the ribs with barbecue sauce, smoke them for a further one to two hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 190 degrees Fahrenheit 88 degrees Celsius

After taking the ribs out of the smoker, slice and serve after they have rested for ten minutes
