Ingredients:
- 2 cups vegan vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup vegan graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Fresh strawberries, for garnish
Instructions:
Put graham cracker crumbs, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup in a bowl and mix them together
This is what you need to press into the bottom of a springform pan to make the crust
Put a layer of vegan vanilla ice cream on top of the crust, and then put strawberry slices on top of that
Add vanilla extract and powdered sugar to another bowl and whip the coconut cream with them until its light and fluffy
Cover the strawberries with this mix
Freeze the cake for at least four hours, or until its set
After the cake has set, take it out of the freezer, loosen it from the springform pan, and decorate it with fresh strawberries
