Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 8 slices of bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat
Thread the chicken, bacon, pineapple, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating the ingredients for a colorful presentation
Season the kabobs with salt and pepper to taste
Place the kabobs on the preheated grill and cook for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy
