These Keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Chips Fat Bombs are a delicious and convenient way to add healthy fats to your diet while satisfying your sweet tooth. With just 1.5g net carbs per serving, they make the perfect low-carb treat

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons powdered erythritol or preferred keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate chips optional

Instructions:

Put peanut butter and coconut oil in a bowl that can go in the microwave

In 30-second intervals, stir the mixture in the microwave until it melts

Its time to make it smooth

Once the chocolate is melted, add the powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt
