Low Carb Lime and Cilantro Cauliflower Rice

A refreshing and flavorful keto-friendly alternative to traditional rice, this low carb lime and cilantro cauliflower rice is packed with zesty lime and aromatic cilantro flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat

Add minced garlic and saut until fragrant, about 1 minute
