Ingredients:
- 1 medium head cauliflower, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
Add minced garlic and saut until fragrant, about 1 minute
Add grated cauliflower to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cauliflower is tender but not mushy
