Lebanese Lemon Salad Dressing

This dressing pairs well with salads that include some type of grilled meat and baked or fried pita chips in place of croutons. It has tangy, zesty, garlicky, lemon, and olive oil flavors. With salads containing grilled chicken, shrimp, or fish, this dressing works best. Although very tangy, it is delicious.
