These sliders with BBQ chicken are perfect for an easy and delectable meal. A tantalizing blend of sweet tanginess from the barbecue sauce and smoky flavor from the smoker results in this dish. Ideal for parties or a laid-back dinner.
Ingredients:

- 5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup coleslaw optional
Instructions:
Preheat smoker to 225F 107C
Rub chicken thighs with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
Place chicken thighs on the smoker grates and smoke for 2 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 165F 74C
Remove chicken from the smoker and shred using two forks
In a saucepan, combine shredded chicken with barbecue sauce and heat over medium heat until warmed through
Slice slider buns in half and toast them on the smoker for a few minutes
Assemble sliders by placing a generous amount of BBQ chicken on each bun
Optional: Top with coleslaw for added crunch and freshness
