Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces cooked pasta of your choice
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat
Add sliced chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes
Add minced garlic and chopped sundried tomatoes to the skillet, saut for 2-3 minutes
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stir well
Add dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper
